Train warning plan

Industry background
The private network wireless communication system is an indispensable and important communication tool for railway electrical, engineering, power supply, passenger transport, stations and other departments. Smooth and timely wireless communication is an important guarantee for safe operation and train safety. VANVE understands the difficulties and needs faced by different departments in the railway industry, and has tailored communication solutions for different departments and scenarios, improving the efficiency of industry user management and job safety factors, and standardizing the operation standards of staff< br /> Railway electrical protection and train warning solutions
In order to ensure timely and effective railway freight and passenger transportation, the staff of our railway engineering, electrical, and power supply departments must ensure the normal operation of rails, switches, signals, crossings, and so on. In daily construction protection, a reliable and timely wireless communication system must be provided as a guarantee< br /> Overview
Engineering and electrical personnel need to maintain, inspect, and repair railways along the line all year round. With the continuous acceleration of national railways and the increasing speed of trains, trains pose a great threat to the safety of engineering and construction personnel along the railway. The contradiction between how to deal with the threat to the personal safety of construction personnel caused by the acceleration of trains and the daily maintenance of railways by engineering personnel to ensure the normal operation of trains is the problem we need to solve< br />   At present, the technical means adopted by railway engineering personnel are: when a team needs to carry out construction on the track. It is necessary to set up station protection personnel in railway stations along the line, and set up safety measures 800 meters in front and behind the construction site. When the train approaches, the stationed protective personnel use a fixed platform to notify the on-site protective personnel, and then the on-site protective personnel notify the construction personnel to get off the track< br /> After conducting research at various stations and sections along the entire road, we found that the following problems still exist:
1. Some sections are relatively long, and wireless communication between the station and the site is not smooth enough: on-site protection personnel cannot call the stationed personnel, or multi-level intermediate liaison officers are needed< br /> 2. Signals are prone to mutual interference (when construction is carried out simultaneously in two adjacent work areas, communication is prone to mutual interference)< br /> 3. Difficulty in cross regional scheduling and communication (for remote sites, remote communication is not possible)< br /> 4. The maintenance and management of relay stations in the work area are not standardized enough, and there is no fault weakening mechanism, which cannot meet the needs of timely communication in emergency situations< br /> 5. There are many interval tunnels, and the communication distance inside the tunnel is less than 500 meters. There is also no communication between the inside and outside of the tunnel< br /> 6. The electrical, engineering, and various work areas lack unified command, dispatch, and management functions, and have not achieved unified management and operation. Wireless intercom lacks scientific management standards< br /> 7. The train warning is not flexible enough, with problems such as unclear voice and complex and untimely operation< br /> Solution Description
VANVE has tailored a multi-mode integrated intelligent terminal that can meet the needs of analog intercom, network intercom, and digital intercom during operations along the railway line by engineering, electrical, power supply, and vehicle departments, in accordance with user requirements and national policies on switching from analog to digital. Based on digital radio communication products and the railway intranet as a bridge, a new digital radio communication network will be constructed using the existing infrastructure of various stations along the line. The system construction will follow the following principles:
1. Construct a digital IP interconnection system based on railway sections, and determine the required number of base stations for each section through actual electrical measurements according to its jurisdiction and terrain. Generally, it is advisable to build one base station every 7-10 kilometers< br /> 2. Each base station is equipped with computer rooms, iron towers, and links along the railway line, and the links comply with G 703 standard E1 line or railway internal IP link< br /> 3. All networked base stations are grouped into an independent subnet, with terminals configured in groups to meet the independent communication needs of the four departments of engineering, electrical, power supply, and vehicles< br /> 4. Road bureaus, sections, and workshops can be equipped with wired dispatch platforms to achieve remote calling, recording, and monitoring, easily enabling cross departmental calls and unified command and dispatch< br /> 5. The station is equipped with a set of onboard stations for use by station duty officers or resident liaison officers< br /> 6. The train is equipped with a digital onboard station that intermittently sends out warning messages< br /> After the system is built, each base station can be individually grouped. During daily work, each work area and business department are independent of each other. If necessary, they can make cross station or cross department calls with terminals under other base stations through dial-up, while other unrelated personnel will respond. The terminal automatically roams throughout the entire line, and the locomotive onboard radio has the function of sending train operation information such as train number, running speed, position, and time in an automatic intermittent cycle. The walkie talkie and other locomotive onboard radio have the function of receiving train approaching warning information.
